From the Datacentre to the Desktop, our aim is to provide our customers with unrivalled, personal, 1st class support. In pursuit of that, we are expanding our support team in Aberdeen.

The ideal candidates will be graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering or similar with at least 12 months industry experience preferably in an MSP environment.
You will be professional in all aspects of work and gain the respect of your colleagues by being methodical, calm under pressure, logical in your approach to troubleshooting, eager to satisfy project deadlines and target SLA’s. You will be confident and possess excellent personal communication skills.
You will want to develop and become a recognised master of your profession. Mother will train you both internally and externally providing ongoing remuneration review for your recognised achievements and contributions to the firm.
Successful candidates will be based at our Aberdeen office and routinely deployed to our customers premises. A full driving license is essential.
