We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Administration team in Aberdeen.
This role administrative in nature and vital for the smooth running of our busy Helpdesk. Customers report hundreds of support tickets with Mother every week and it’s the role of our Service Coordinator to ensure tickets are scheduled, assigned and prioritised appropriately. It involves continuous communication with both colleagues and customers to keep them informed and appraised of progress.
Larger projects also require scheduling and the Service Coordinator works closely with our Service Manager to assist with project planning and resource allocation.
It is a busy and varied role that will only suit a confident, personable and very well organised individual.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, personable and well spoken individual with experience working in a pressurised Customer Services environment. Experience working with a Managed Service Provider in the technology sector would be advantageous but not essential.
