Ideal candidates will have sound computer and associated technology skills with an aptitude for problem solving. Industry experience in an IT Support role will be very advantageous but not essential.
Candidates must be well-presented and because you will liaise with our clients in the business community on a continual basis, good personal communication skills must be an attribute you already posses. We can teach you everything technical but you must be an effective communicator.
You will be professional in all aspects of work and gain the respect of your colleagues by being methodical, calm under pressure, logical in your approach to troubleshooting, eager to satisfy project deadlines and target SLA’s.
You will want to develop and become a recognised master of your profession. Mother will train you both internally and externally providing ongoing remuneration review for your recognised achievements and contributions to the firm.
Successful candidates will be based at our Aberdeen office and routinely deployed to our customers premises. A full driving license is essential.
